Innovative sufficiency approaches to achieve ecological and climate protection goals increase their focus in sustainability debates. However, new and creative ideas are urgently needed so that sufficiency is not only experienced and implemented as a strategy of renunciation, but can also be associated with freedom, responsibility, trend awareness and other positive attributes in this field. The project proposed, pursues the goal of further developing existing ideas and concrete practical approaches to sufficiency in the thematic fields of housing, mobility and consumption within the framework of several “project workshops”, and of broadening content-related horizons as well as enabling the establishment of important contacts through mutual and diverse exchange with actors from various fields. In addition, selected projects will be presented to the general public. In combination with media marketing it will increase public awareness of sustainable strategies.
